Friends

The past few days, we had the privilege of hanging out with the G family, who were in town for their son's soccer tournament. Score one for living in a city where people might actually come to visit! The G family's youngest daughter has PWS. They are just awesome people and it's funny to think that without this crazy syndrome that, although we don't love how it has impacted our lives most times, has opened the door for us to people amazing families. The boys took very well to the G family (well, just half of them were here) being with us.

Big brother Noah provided lots of hands-on entertainment for the kiddos:

So fun! So even though PWS makes us crazy sometimes, I'm thankful for the doors that have been opened. As we say about the PWS community, some of the best people you never wanted to meet. :) Think about the important people in your life whom you met through something difficult in your life. If you don't mind, I'd love to hear the stories!

You can read more about the G family's journey with PWS here on their blog: http://pwsgulley.blogspot.com"
